For SIU, claims and investigation teams
Stop watching hours.
Start citing seconds.
DeedClaims reads the whole claim file: surveillance video, documents and statements. Every finding comes back with the exact timecode or the exact line it came from. If it cannot be proved against the source, DeedClaims will not say it.
No fraud scores. No opinion on whether anyone is telling the truth. The investigator makes the call.
Surveillance, day 3

Both locations were checked against the source file again before this finding was returned.
The video is long. The useful part is not.
A single activity check can produce a full day of surveillance. Someone still has to watch all of it to find the part that matters.
The moment that decides the claim is short.
It is a few seconds of movement, or one sentence in a statement that the rest of the file contradicts.
Denials get disputed.
Months later, in front of counsel, the file has to show the work. A summary nobody can trace back is not much help.
How it works
The anchor discipline
Every claim DeedClaims makes has to point at the thing it came from. That rule is the product, not a feature of it.
Load the claim file
Surveillance video, adjuster notes, recorded statements, medical records, correspondence. One claim, one place, however it arrived.
Ask, or let it surface what does not line up
Ask a plain question about the file. Or let DeedClaims point out where the video and the paperwork disagree with each other.
Every finding comes back anchored
A finding is a quote plus its exact location: a timecode in the video, or a page and character range in the document. That location is checked against the source again before you see it.
Fail closed
If a finding’s location cannot be confirmed against the source, the finding is dropped. It is not shown to you with a warning next to it, and it is not shown to you at all. A quiet answer is better than one that falls apart in a deposition.
Where the judgement stays
DeedClaims does not score claims, rate anyone’s honesty, or decide what a file means. It finds what the file says and shows you where it says it. The call is yours, and so is the file that backs it up.
Who it’s for
Two sides of the same file
Carriers and TPAs
SIU, liability, workers’ comp, auto
- Review the whole file, not just the parts someone had time for.
- Support a denial with a citation that still holds up when it is disputed.
- Work through referrals faster, and see why a file was flagged.
- See the cost of a job before you run it.
Investigation firms
Surveillance, SIU vendors, independent adjusters
- Turn hours of surveillance review into minutes of checking.
- Hand your client a report with citations their counsel can work from.
- Spend the billable hours on the investigation, not on scrubbing footage.
- A self serve tier is coming. Pilot access is open now.
What you get, and what you will never get
Anchored findings
Every finding points at the frame or the line it came from, with the citation attached.
Fail closed by design
A finding that cannot be checked against the source is dropped, not flagged and shown anyway.
Video and documents together
One method across both, so a contradiction between the footage and the file actually surfaces.
No identity claims
DeedClaims reports that an object is present. It does not do face recognition and it does not tell you who someone is.
Cost shown before you spend
You see the estimate for a job before it runs, not a bill after it finishes.
A proven engine
Built on the same verification engine already deployed with government agencies.
Pricing
You see the cost before you run the job
A claim is one unit of work: the footage and the documents that belong to it. Every plan shows you the estimate for a job before it runs, so nothing arrives as a surprise on an invoice.

Line by line, with the overage rates and what counts as a claim. Useful if you are putting this in front of procurement.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Retention is how long we keep a claim file before it is deleted, and you can ask us to delete one sooner at any time.
Security and trust
Built to be reviewed
Claim files hold medical records and personal information, and your procurement team will ask about all of it. Here is the short version, and we will answer the long version in writing.
- Where the data sits
- Commercial cloud, in the United States. Each customer is separated from every other customer.
- Deletion on request
- Ask us to delete a claim file or an account and we delete it. No copy is kept for training.
- Compliance
- SOC 2 Type II readiness work is underway. Not yet certified.
- Track record
- The verification engine behind DeedClaims is already deployed with government agencies, including law enforcement.
One more thing worth saying plainly: DeedClaims does not do face recognition, and it will not tell you who a person in a video is. It reports that an object is present at a location and a time. Identifying people is the investigator’s job, not the software’s.
